LiveChat works perfectly and as an added bonus is really fun to use.   What sets them apart from their competitors is their new ticketing system.  Offline messages will go directly to this channel, meaning this can be handled more efficiently by team members with different statuses (open, pending, solved).  As I said previously, it may not be one of the cheapest Live Chat Software’s but in my eyes is the best.  Their support is second to none and the user-experience with their software just fantastic.

LiveChat provides loads of features and apps and even have their own helpdesk tool together with a Chatbot.  Apps are geared up for iOS and Android as well as Mac’s and PC’s and compared to the browser console they even include special features such as an automatic timeout.

Prices are per seat, and unlike other live chat tools, the seats are able to be shared with multiple agents (providing there is only one user at any one time).
