Now, although all accountancy software products do include invoicing tools within their features, not all are as easy to use as our winner, oh, did I forget to mention, it was Freshbooks!!  Freshbooks is incredibly easy to use and there what you see is what you get (WYSIWYG) format is intuitive, and within a few simple clicks of the mouse you will be able to customize the look of your invoices, add billable time and expenses, set up automatic payment reminders and late fees as well as recurring invoices.  If that wasn’t enough, this accounting software is also able to connect to your bank, tracks time, generates reports and helps you manage all your projects quickly and easily.  Wow, it really is the Superman of all small business accountancy software.
